We are currently seeking an experienced:

HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (IN-PERSON POSITION)

Part Time, Days

Job Description:

• Assist the Benefits Administrator with daily benefit processes.
• Performs administrative tasks as required.
• Maintains contract employee records.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High school or equivalent level of education and one to three years’ experience in a clerical position. Two year associate’s degree with related experience preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to interact well with co-workers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and pleasant telephone manner.
• Knowledge of computers, word processing, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong administrative skills.
