CIE 80/20 Quality Project at Harrisburg University – Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Student developers will be responsible for upgrading and enhancing 80/20 Quality, a mobile and web application used for Quality Assurance problem reporting. Developers will work closely with the application’s designers and with the customer to add new functionality to the mobile application, web console and server application, using agile tools and methodology. Students will assist in gathering and documenting user requirements for the project.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in software programming languages such as JavaScript and PHP
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js
• Familiarity with software source code control systems such as Github
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as wiki systems, issue tracking systems, and team communication software.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in REST interface development
• Familiarity with database system interfaces
• Familiarity with industry standard software documentation processes
• Familiarity with agile software development processes
