Job Title: Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse

Location: WKH North Campus Greenwood Road

Unit: 4W

Bed Capacity: 27 beds

Position Type: Full-time

Shifts Available: Night 7P-7A

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients in the telemetry unit.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, telemetry readings, and overall health status.
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist with procedures as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on post-operative care, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• New Grads welcome
• ACLS required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
