Employee Housing Coordinator in Monroe, Louisiana at OfficeScapes
Job Description
***Role will require some travel as needed***
Position Summary
LINX is hiring an Employee Housing Coordinator to take full ownership of day-to-day employee housing operations for our project crews, paying $36.00 to $39.00 an hour (depending on experience).
This role is the single point of accountability for safe, clean, well-maintained housing: facility conditions, landlord and vendor relationships, resident conduct, and property accountability. You'll proactively resolve issues before they reach Project Operations leadership, acting as the primary on-site contact for landlords, property managers, and vendors, and holding them to their lease commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Operations & Conduct- Manage arrivals, orientations, room assignments, rosters, guest approvals, occupancy, and departures
- Communicate and consistently enforce LINX housing policies, maintaining an onsite presence during assigned peak hours
- Address resident concerns fairly, de-escalate conflict, document incidents, and promptly refer serious misconduct or safety concerns to HR and Project Operations
Facility Operations
- Routinely inspect units, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry and common areas, and grounds
- Coordinate housekeeping, trash removal, pest control, and property upkeep
- Coordinate essential repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, internet, and appliances), tracking requests, owners, and deadlines, and verifying completion
Landlord & Vendor Accountability
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for landlords, property managers, and vendors
- Hold landlords and vendors accountable for maintenance, repairs, property conditions, and commitments under lease agreements, tracking resolution and escalating unresolved issues
Housing Readiness
- Complete move-in and move-out inspections, and monitor available rooms, assignments, damages, and unit readiness
- Coordinate cleaning and repairs between occupants
Reporting & Cost Control
- Provide weekly Operations updates on occupancy, conditions, maintenance, and landlord concerns, and the corrective actions take.
- Maintain accurate, secure records, and identify preventable costs
- Follow LINX approval limits for vendor spending and repairs, and support approved HR communications and emergency escalation procedures
