As our Apartment Maintenance Technician, based at Chelsea Park Apartments in Taylor, MI, youll step in where help is needed mosttackling HVAC fixes, knocking out work orders, and speeding up unit turnsall while bringing hands-on support to this 160 unit beautiful luxury community!

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• On Call: On call twice a month for emergency maintenance coverage and help with snow removal
• Drivers License & Ride: Valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation.
