Stamp is a fast-growing independent retailer offering stationery, gifting, printing and Post Office services across London and the Home Counties. The Opportunity

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused people who love customer service. You will be the face of our branch, helping customers discover products, providing expert advice, and creating memorable experiences. While you will support Post Office services, this role has a strong retail focus and is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and driving sales.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years retail experience preferred

• Passion for customer service

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for long periods on the shop floor

• Ability to lift and move parcels up to 12kg in weight

• Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check

• Right to work in the UK for at least 18 months

• Flexibility to work weekends and support nearby branches when required

This branch operates 7 days a week, so you'll be expected to work some weekend shifts on Saturdays & Sunday.
You may also be asked occasionally to work in a store within 15-30 minutes travel from this location to cover staff leave and sickness.
