Len The Plumber Heating & Air is looking for an organized, customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our HVAC sales team. This position will work out of our sister company's office in Federalsburg, MD, while supporting the Len The Plumber Heating & Air team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers and field teams, and keeping multiple priorities organized. You'll play an important role in connecting our technicians, Comfort Consultants, and customers to ensure sales opportunities are handled quickly and efficiently.

• Communicate with field technicians to identify and schedule sales leads.
• Coordinate a smooth transition of sales opportunities from technicians to Comfort Consultants.
• Communicate with customers to prioritize marketed leads and gather relevant information for the sales team.
• Prioritize incoming sales opportunities based on customer needs and business priorities.
• Schedule and dispatch Comfort Consultants to customer appointments.
• Monitor open sales opportunities and follow up as needed to keep opportunities moving through the process.
• Track results and outcomes of sales calls and open opportunities.
• Create, maintain, and schedule reports for management.
• Maintain accurate customer, appointment, and sales information within company systems.
• Communicate closely with technicians, Comfort Consultants, dispatch, and leadership to support daily sales operations.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience throughout the scheduling and handoff process.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or necessary to support business operations.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate professionally with homeowners and internal team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous administrative, scheduling, dispatch, or sales support experience is a plus.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Rotating weekend coverage required, typically approximately once every six weeks.
• Schedule may vary based on business needs.

• $21.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
