Meyer Distributing is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Support professional to support our growing online business across customer service, product support, returns, logistics, and owned brands.

Schedule and Pay:

• Top hourly pay based on experience
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

• Assist customers with orders, shipping, returns, warranties, and product questions
• Research product specifications, compatibility, installation requirements, and replacement parts
• Troubleshoot product issues and help find solutions
• Coordinate returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims
• Work with vendors, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Track support tickets and maintain accurate records
• Help improve the customer experience by identifying recurring issues and opportunities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and research abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ecommerce, logistics, returns, or product support is a plus
