Job Summary:

We are hiring a part-time butcher to work in person and manage the counter. The ideal candidate

has experience with various meats, understands proper food handling, and delivers excellent

customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat and poultry to company specifications

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of meat prep areas

• Label, store, and rotate products properly

• Assist customers with questions about cuts, cooking, and sourcing

• Receive and inspect deliveries for quality and freshness

• Follow all food safety and workplace safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in butchering or meat counter preferred

• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts and portioning

• Attention to detail and high standards for hygiene and safety

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Interest in sustainable and ethical food practices
