We provide comprehensive primary care services for cats and dogs throughout Troy and the greater Dayton area. As Practice Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping the culture, driving operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team. You'll collaborate closely with medical leadership to support a thriving, client-focused hospital where both people and pets feel cared for and valued.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, enjoys problem-solving, and can foster an environment of accountability, teamwork, and growth.

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs without assistance and have flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or respond to emergencies.
