What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Base hourly wage + biweekly commission, with average earnings of $55,000 to $70,000 OTE

What You'll Do:

• Sales Consultation: Educate customers on the benefits of arch support solutions through a consultative sales approach
• Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional in-store experience and build lasting client relationships
• Drive Results: Support your team in achieving sales and customer service goals
• Inventory Oversight: Maintain showroom readiness and product availability

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person

Pay: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (Base + Commission)
