Location: Arcadia Resort Santa Clara, UT

Schedule: 40 hours/week | Some weekends required | Sunday rotation included

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front office operations and staff

Ensure smooth guest check-ins and prompt responses to inquiries

Manage administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination with other departments

Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism

Maintain office systems, supplies, and communication tools

Create a welcoming, supportive environment for both guests and team members

Qualifications:

3+ years in customer service

3+ years in office management

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Excellent phone etiquette and people skills

Able to work weekends and participate in a Sunday rotation

Flexible, organized, and team-oriented

Pay:

$18-$20 based on experience
