Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and help our clients to Always Keep Progressing. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help children develop functional skills, promote independence, and support families through education and collaboration.

• Flexible scheduling: Full-time, Part-time, and 1099 options available

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to a pediatric population under the direction of a licensed OT
  
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members
  
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  
• Follow professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice
  
• Adhere to HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
  
  

Requirements

• Proof of education as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
  
• Current and active COTA license in Florida
  
• Approved to work with Medicaid
  
• Experience working with the pediatric population preferred
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Knowledge of therapy principles, methods, and evidence-based practices
  
• Clean background check
