About This Position
The Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist is responsible for screening employment applications, assisting with on-boarding new hires, and conducting Member Advocate I-III Training. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support and quality service for all employees in the hiring process ensuring all supporting paperwork is completed.
BASIC FUNCTION
Provide administration of the hiring and selection process including onboarding and communication with new hires including human resources policies, procedures, laws and standards.2)Prepare or updating employment records to track hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.3)Ensure new hire paperwork is completed, processed and updated.4)Update databases and spreadsheets internally.5)Assist with Onboarding and Member Advocate training.6)Assist with developing and editing training materials as needed.7)Support the culture building efforts executed by the Director of Employee Development to ensure this is the best place our employees have ever worked.8)Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
A.Specialized or Technical Knowledge and Skills:
1.Associate’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or closely related field. 2 years of experience in lieu of degree. (Bachelors degree preferred)
2.Preferred 3+ years banking experience. Experience in public speaking or training. (Preferred 3+ years)
3) Customer Service experience, proven record of flexibility, accommodation, patience, and effective conflict resolution when helping others is essential.
4)Demonstrated aptitude and ability to learn and apply various software applications of office operations is required. Expertise in utilizing an applicant tracking system, ADP or similar HRMS platforms is preferred.
5)Ability to multitask and organize while adapting to shifting priorities.
6)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and adaptability to recruiting systems required.
7)Proven ability to maintain confidential information required.
