Inside Sales Represntative in Archbold, Ohio at Napoleon Spring Works, Inc

We are seeking a motivated and tactful Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. While prior sales experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn, strong attention to detail, an aptitude for business math, and the drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
-Work with Outside Sales Team to maintain customer accounts & relationships.
-Respond to daily Customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
-Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions based on product knowledge and business value.
-Work with Operations regarding order status.
-Provide post-sale follow-up and customer support as needed.
-Qualifications:
-Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-High level of tact, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
-Solid grasp of business math.
-Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
-Ability to adapt to changing customer needs.
-Confident in work quality.

Ability to Work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
