This full-time clinical faculty position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal diseases within a multidisciplinary and patient-centered environment.
Key Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call duties and one dedicated administrative day each week to support your professional and personal needs.
- Comprehensive Outpatient Care: Provide rheumatology services across multiple practice sites, including Worcester, Leominster, Uxbridge, and Marlborough, MA.
- Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside dedicated specialists and support staff in a newly renovated and expanded Rheumatology Center. Participate in weekly divisional meetings focused on clinical discussions, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Interdisciplinary Support: Collaborate closely with specialty pharmacy and clinical support teams to optimize individualized patient treatment plans.
- Academic and Teaching Opportunities: Engage with trainees and students, contributing to the academic mission of UMass Chan Medical School.

Qualifications:
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Rheumatology
- MD or DO degree with eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
- Strong communication skills and interest in teaching and clinical collaboration
