Your Mission:

As a Benefits Specialist, you’ll work directly with clients who have requested our services. You’ll walk them through their benefit options and help them secure the right protection for their families — all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Connect with pre-qualified individuals via phone or video (no cold calls)

• Conduct consultations to assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations

• Assist clients in completing applications with accuracy and care

• Provide excellent ongoing service and support

• Work toward weekly and monthly performance targets

• Engage in virtual training and development sessions to grow your skillset

Who You Are:

• Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility

• Excellent communicator with a professional presence

• Organized, focused, and goal-driven

• Tech-comfortable and adaptable in a remote environment

• Prior customer-facing experience is an asset, but not mandatory

• Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
