Drilling Leadman - RDI at Sterling Construction Company, Inc. – Houston, Texas

Responsibilities and abilities of the Drilling Leadman include:

• Aligning the crane or drill truck with the drill shaft, working closely with drillers.

• Maintaining the safety perimeter and ensuring boundaries are maintained.

• Drilling the hole to the required depth.

• Setting the rebar to grade and pouring concrete to grade.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a foundation drilling Leadman.

• At least 2 years of experience in the foundation drilling industry.

• Experience with crane and/or truck rigs is required.

• Ability to work safely under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing environment.

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as bending, climbing, lifting (up to 75lbs), and standing for extended periods.

• Good eye-to-hand coordination and depth perception.

• High School diploma/GED preferred.

• Flexible availability to work overtime and weekends.

• Ability to communicate clearly and listen actively.
