The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Responsible for scheduling patient’s Infusion appointments and diagnostic testing. Collection of payments when due. Works closely with physician’s secretary and nurse to ensure appropriate scheduling of patients. Must be able to multitask phones calls, scheduling, and interacting with patients. Customer service skills a must.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bilingual Spanish
• Multiple telephone line experience and good telephone etiquette
• Ability to communicate with patients, staff, and community members, both in person and on the telephone
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills

Scheduling requirements:

• Shift- 8:30am-4:30pm
• Monday-Friday
• Full Time/Day

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for scheduling patient's physician appointments and diagnostic testing
• Triages telephone calls from patients that are truly of an emergency nature
• Responsible for collection of payments from patients when due
• Works closely with physician's secretary and nurse to ensure appropriate scheduling of patients
• Able to multitask (phone calls, scheduling, interacting with patients and family members)
• Presents self in a professional manner and utilizes superior customer service skills
