About This Position

Product Manager, Agent NetworkPalo Alto, CA - Full-time
About NclusionNclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.5 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.
About the RoleOur Agent Network team is responsible for building and scaling the physical and digital infrastructure that powers our financial services. As a Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for tools that support core financial and operational workflows. This platform is foundational to our business and enables us to expand into new markets. It must operate reliably at scale across diverse regions and user groups. You will build solutions for field teams, operations, and finance, helping them manage performance, processes, and reporting effectively. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how we build accessible, trustworthy, and scalable products that unlock economic opportunity. This role is highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, and operations to bring meaningful products to life.
What You’ll Do
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, defining requirements and driving prioritization decisions with clarity and conviction.
  • Partner with our research team to design studies, synthesize findings, and translate them into product decisions that reflect real user needs, not assumptions.
  • Make hard tradeoffs. In a resource-constrained environment, you'll decide what gets cut, what ships, and why, and bring your team along on that reasoning.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations to ship products that are reliable in low-connectivity, low-literacy, and low-trust environments.
  • Track and own product metrics, using data to iterate quickly and demonstrate impact.

What You Bring to the Table
  • 6+ years in product management, ideally in fintech, emerging markets, or another complex, constraint-driven environment.
  • A track record of shipping products end-to-end — not just writing specs, but driving decisions, owning outcomes, and standing behind them.
  • Strong instincts for user research, particularly with populations whose contexts differ significantly from your own. You know how to design studies, synthesize findings, and translate them into product decisions that reflect real needs rather than assumptions.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and lead without authority: bridging technical engineering teams and on-the-ground operations partners, often with different vocabularies, priorities, and constraints.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: you can make sound decisions with incomplete information and course-correct quickly when the ground shifts.
  • Direct experience with emerging markets: you've worked, lived, or built products in contexts where low connectivity, low literacy, or low institutional trust shaped your decisions. This isn't a nice-to-have; it's central to doing this job well.
  • Hands-on experience with the integrations that power financial services in emerging markets: mobile money APIs, agent network infrastructure, or core banking system integrations.

  • 🩺 Medical Insurance
