Overview

Job Title: Information Assurance Technician Level III
Location: NSA, Bahrain

Responsibilities

The Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level III will manage the enclave environment and support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software IA problems pertaining to the CE, NE, and enclave environments.

• Obtain and maintain IA certification appropriate to position in accordance to DoD 8570.01-M.

• Be certified as a IAT Level I Network environment (NE) Advanced Computing Environment (CE) level support; OR

• Be certified as a IAT Level II Network environment (NE) Advanced Computing Environment (CE) level support

• Have an understanding of the DOD Risk Management Framework Process (RMF), Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process.

Qualifications

• An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).

• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

• Must have a minimum of seven (7) years experience in IA technology or a related area.

• Must have one (1) of the following required certifications: CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) CE, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)Security, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (or Associate), GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
• Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.
