The Role We’re searching for a B2C and B2B Marketing Specialist – AI Solutions who blends creative storytelling with technical fluency. You’ll use your understanding of AI marketing tools, automation, and emerging tech to help design and deliver campaigns that attract and engage a range of audiences as they adopt trusted, everyday AI solutions. About you A creative and curious marketer with a passion for shaping AI-driven customer experiences end to end. Experienced across the full customer journey, from event activation and content creation through to buyer journey optimisation, with a strong focus on accessible storytelling and measurable impact. Skilled in designing workflows and automations that seamlessly embed AI tools into campaign delivery. Proficient in Google Analytics and a range of marketing AI tools for copywriting, video, and content generation. Analytical yet imaginative, confident navigating ambiguity, and energised by opportunities to experiment, innovate, and help build new solutions rather than maintain the status quo. Key Roles and Responsibilities Execute multi-channel campaigns, leveraging automation, data, and generative AI to personalise lead and user journeys and drive engagement. Publish consumer-friendly stories and content across video, blogs, AI demos, and chat-based onboarding. Measure campaigns for new AI-driven services, optimising creative, conversion, and retention strategies. Use analytics and AI-driven insights to segment audiences, identify trends, and track performance across the consumer funnel. Collaborate with product, CX, and data teams to create seamless onboarding, align campaigns with insights, and foster AI-enabled innovation. Multi-stakeholder project coordination. End to end marketing program support. Create a range of content (blogs and social posts, to building landing pages) Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Marketing across B2C and B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, or AI-driven solutions with exposure to AI technology solutions. Experience using insight tools to segment audiences, identify emerging needs, and refine targeting. Experience communicating new tech for everyday use to broad audiences. Proven ability to run growth or engagement campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g. OpenAI API, ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, etc.) for campaign creation, content scaling, or personalisation. Proven experience creating and publishing new pages, updating on-page content, and handling basic web ops in a CMS
