Job Description

Technical Recruiter
Palo Alto, CA - Full time

About Nclusion

Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.4 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.

About the Role

As Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building the technical teams that drive our mission forward. You’ll build & run full cycle from talent mapping & sourcing, job architecture & interview processes, all the way through extending offers and welcoming talent to our team.

As an early member of the Talent team, you’ll define the standards for our process with an eye for scalability. You’ll hire your hiring managers, build the foundations of Nclusion, and make global impact through every hire.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Engineering, Product, Data, and QA
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and what success looks like
  • Craft compelling outreach and candidate experiences that reflect our mission and values
  • Manage pipelines in our ATS, ensure high data hygiene, and track key recruiting metrics to guide decisions
  • Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3–6 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in high-growth startup or mission-driven environments
  • The ability to evaluate and differentiate different levels of experience, aptitude, and expertise between multiple technical teams.
  • Experience with full cycle recruiting from the job ideation phase to offer; with the initiative to take steps forward when structure isn’t there.
  • Integrity in your work, you’re able to identify and act when processes trend away from parity & can hold partners and leaders accountable when needed.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments, creating structure where it doesn’t exist
  • Deep belief in inclusive, human-centered hiring practices

Base: $120,000 - $170,000 a year

In our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, we value the unique perspectives and experiences each individual brings to our team. We encourage all candidates, regardless of background, to apply. Your skills, talents, and potential contributions matter deeply to us, and we believe in creating an environment where everyone has an opportunity to thrive. We recognize that meeting every listed requirement may not always be possible, but we value passion, determination, and a willingness to learn. Your application is an opportunity for us to discover the exceptional qualities you bring.
