Job Title – Contents Restoration Lead Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Purpose: To assist families, companies and disaster victims by safely and properly cleaning, manipulating and managing their content and electronics.

Duties:

• Perform content restoration work for residential and commercial properties.
• Cleaning of customers furniture and household goods using industry standard solutions and equipment.
• Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing customer’s contents, general on-location cleaning, and deodorization of facilities.
• Assists with the inventory of site contents, setup of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage, and lifting items into storage.
• Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans.
• Keep the contents department maintained and organized.
• Ensure the contents department is clean and visually appealing to customers and visitors.
• Assure accurate record keeping.
• Supervise and train contents technicians on procedures, safety, and quality standards.
• Delegate tasks and manage daily workflow to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of restoration.

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to operate Ultrasonic equipment as per requirements. Training provided.
• IICRC certification in Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT) or Contents Processing (CPT) preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with written and verbal skills.
• Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities that may be asked of you.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• 2+ years of experience in contents restoration or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
