About the Role Get Lit Electrical & Plumbing is looking for an experienced Residential / Small Commercial Service Plumber with strong technical knowledge, professionalism, and leadership skills. This position is ideal for someone who can diagnose issues on-site, provide repair and replacement options, and communicate clearly with customers. You’ll handle a wide range of service work — from tankless water heaters and sewer repairs to repipes and small commercial jobs — representing a company that values quality, honesty, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities • Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems • Work on water heaters (tank & tankless), re-pipes, fixture replacements, and sewer and drain repairs • Read and apply the Virginia plumbing codebook accurately • Operate and maintain drain cleaning and camera inspection equipment • Provide clear repair and replacement options to customers • Manage small plumbing projects, ensuring quality and efficiency • Participate in on-call rotation (1 day/week) • Maintain a clean and organized work van

Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience in residential or small commercial service • Deep understanding of the plumbing codebook and industry standards • Strong knowledge of sewer systems, drain cleaning, water heaters, and re-pipes • Experience with tankless systems, mixing valves, and water filtration preferred • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Clean background check required • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
