Field Representative - Cable TV & Internet - Full-Time / Part-Time (Winston Salem Area) ZR at Vozzcom Inc – Greensboro, North Carolina

We are seeking Full-time and Part-time Field Representatives for The Winston Salem Area.

Our market client is Spectrum.

This full-time, with benefits, position is mostly outdoor work. Start a career! Work outside! Hourly, plus Commission, plus Full Mileage Reimbursement! No experience is necessary, we train.

Our Client issues daily accounts for existing customers that are past due and scheduled to be closed, or, have discontinued service. We make field visits to Client customer homes/locations to attempt positive resolution for these accounts. We work with client customers as advisors to help them keep service and reactivate accounts if necessary.

Are you good at sales, telemarketing, door-to-door, or customer service but want more than being behind a desk all day? Have previous cable experience as a technician or CSR? Want a base pay, plus commission, plus bonus potential and full mileage reimbursement structure to reward your abilities? In the role of Field Representative, the individual will be responsible for:

• Visiting accounts to attempt payment recovery over a set time frame and/or to recover Spectrum equipment
• Daily documentation of activity.
• Proper recording of activity in Company and Client software platforms.

Work Schedule:

Standard Full-Time work schedule is 5 days a week with Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Friday Required. Sunday and one weekday are off.

Standard Full-Time work hours are 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM those days

Part Time days may vary.
