Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric (Baltimore) PT at Talantage, LLC – Baltimore, Maryland

Talantage is currently seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our client's state correctional facility. Please Note: this position requires a minimum of 18 months' prior experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients in a correctional setting. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will be required to participate in the call rotation for their region.

Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Maryland
• Must have and maintain an active, non-restricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration certificate
• Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months' experience as a PMHNP in a clinical setting

Available Shift

• Saturday/Sunday
• 4:00 pm - 12:30 am
