Hybrid/Remote Electrical Engineer (EIT or PE License Required)

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with proven experience in commercial building systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and oversee electrical systems that meet project requirements for safety, efficiency, and reliability. This role requires strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage projects from concept through construction.
This is a hybrid opportunity in the Charlotte NC area (3 days remote, 2 days onsite)Salary: $80-110k/yrEIT or PE License is required Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems for commercial buildings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Prepare and review electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, specifications, and calculations.
• Conduct load calculations, short-circuit analysis, and energy efficiency evaluations.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, contractors, and project managers throughout design and construction.
• Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an Accredited University
• EIT or PE License Required
• 3+ years related work experience
• Revit experience

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
