Director of Rehab Services

Primarily responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and proper documentation of all patient activities. Patient care decisions are reviewed only if questions arise from higher authority.

May work 8- to 10-hour days between the hours of 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. On-call and Holiday coverage on a PRN basis. Must be able to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends.

Minimum of Bachelor's degree from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Six months to one year related experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility.

Must exhibit basic computer knowledge

Must possess a valid Indiana driver's license and have a good driving record. Current State of Indiana license in Occupational Therapy required. BLS certification also required.

Eighteen (18) hours of continuing competency are required for each license renewal period. This position requires frequent standing, walking, use of hands and fingers, crawling, squatting, bending, kneeling, lifting and carrying 0-50 lbs and pushing and pulling 0-25 lbs.
