JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to assist with enhancing the customer experience by welcoming staff, patients and visitors entering Blessing Health System entities. At Blessing Health System, our team values and is committed to exceptional customer service. One of Blessing Health Systems primary objectives is to excel in high standards of service excellence by interacting with staff, patients, and families.

As a Guest Services Representative, you will create positive experiences for customers through a welcoming interaction, assisting with customer navigation, explanation of what will happen next, and treating the customer with courtesy and respect.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training/Experience:

REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or GED – must be 18 years or older
• Positive leadership skills and experience.
• Computer literacy is required, must be able to navigate basic computer including the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer services skills, ability to work independently, problem-solve, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Positive interpersonal relationship skills required.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and use critical thinking skills

License/Certifications/Special Requirements:

• Recognizing and Defusing Aggressive Behavior training .

Pay Status:

• Non-Exempt Hourly
