Family Law Attorney in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas at Saenz-Garcia Law Pllc

Saenz-Garcia Law, PLLC, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team! As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in various family law matters in the DFW counties and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law matters and court proceedings, including SAPCRs and Divorce proceedings.
- Prepare and draft pleadings for Family Court.
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in family law.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law matters.
- Prepare for and attend Family Court proceedings and hearings.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure timely and accurate completion of cases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case records, including client communication and case progress.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Texas State Bar. -

Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law - In-depth knowledge of Texas Family law and procedures. -

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. -

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. -

Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work independently under strict deadlines. -

Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. -

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
