• Maintain and ensure that the current revisions for SOP's, Department Instructions, the Quality Manual and Form Instructions are available.
• Ensure that the Approved Supplier Directory information is current and up to date. Also, ensure that the Purchasing Manager, Receiving Department and other appropriate parties have access to the current revision of the ASD. Send Approved Supplier Evaluations to all suppliers at designated time and file completed evaluations in the supplier's file.
• Send out Supplier Notices and track the notices through completion. Also, maintain the Approved Supplier Rating Chart.
• Conduct monthly Internal Audits on each clause of the ISO Standard. Conduct or assign Corrective Action for each non-compliance. Also, conduct follow up inspections of each corrective action.
• Ensure that all non-compliances from external audits such as ISO & internal audits are completed and conduct a follow up inspection to ensure the effectiveness of the corrective action.
• Conduct or assign Quality Alert Corrective Actions as needed. Conduct follow up inspections for each Quality Alert to ensure the effectiveness of the corrective action.
• Plan, conduct & document minutes from each QIT/Management Review Meeting.
• Assist other Departments with writing or creating new procedures and forms.
• Assist the Chief Inspector with daily functions such as calibration and in-process inspections.
• Scheduling and making arrangements for External Auditors
