Job Description:

Hans Biomed USA, Inc. is looking for an Events Manager to oversee and manage the entire event planning process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of offline, virtual, and hybrid events. Such as hands-on training workshops, meet and greet pop-ups, virtual webinars, conferences, and seminars. Your duties will include cross-functional collaboration with the Marketing, Sales Team, SCM and Accounting Team. You will be the liaison with vendors to ensure all logistical aspects of events run smoothly. Ensuring that each event is executed to the highest standards of excellence. A strong leader who, from initial inquiries to the final event execution, will be the main point of contact for our sales team, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless event experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities (inclusive of, but not limited to:)

Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for events, webinars, and sales.

Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans, and objectives, and manage within those approved plans.

Maintains and/or exceeds budgeted sales and profits in all event areas.

Recommends, develops, and implements effective marketing plans for generating event revenues.

Assembles creative and innovative event attractions based on internal capabilities or outsources to qualified vendors.

Evaluate each piece of event business to ensure the business can be properly serviced.

Managing relationships with vendors, organizers, and attendees.

Meet with the sales team to discuss the event and the expectations with planning, merchandising and execution.

Research and stay up to date on industry events, emerging trends, and innovative event concepts

Assists the Sales Team in building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.

Overseeing the development of promotional materials.

Execute lead generation campaigns related to various events.

Assist in planning, executing, and managing offline, virtual, and hybrid hands-on training workshops, meet & greet pop-ups, virtual webinars, conferences, and seminars with attention to detail and due dates.

Establish, manage, and build relationships with supply vendors and venue organizers

Analyze post-event metrics such as attendee demographics, survey results, chat and poll logs, speaker performance, sales conversion trends, etc..

Research and stay up to date on industry events, emerging trends, and innovative event concepts

Identify and research key competitors on their events, services, pricing, target markets, and unique selling.

Support the Marketing department, when necessary, especially for collaborative events.

Cross-functionally collaborates with the Marketing, Sales, Design, SCM, and accounting teams to achieve business goals through event marketing.

Qualifications:

Event Management and Planning Experience (2) years required

High energy.

Entrepreneurial spirit.

Exceptional project management skills.

Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced event planning environment.

Effective service oriented style with professional presentation skills.

Ability to research, proactively solve problems, and make decisions using best judgment when details are unavailable

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.

Strong team player and flexibility & adaptability to handle ad hoc projects and unexpected challenges.

Proficiency in event planning software and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel, Domestic and Global.

Benefits:

1. Lunch Support: $250 per month ($3,000 annually)

2. Gas Benefit: $100 per month ($1,200 annually)
