The customer service discxharge coordinator coordinates the discharge phone call process and supports the customer service team. An associate''s degree in a healthcare, business, or computer-related field is required; a bachelor''s degree is preferred. Previous computer and customer service experience is required, as is strong technical skills and experience using such computer applications as Microsoft Word and Excel.
