Job Description
SUMMARY:
Provides customer service support by handling customer calls, resolving inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Performs administrative and order-processing functions, including data entry, documentation, inventory management, and maintaining accurate customer records. Prepares monthly reports and utilizes Microsoft Office and other PC-based systems to support sales and operational activities.
Responsibilities:
· Handle phone calls from customer, manage customer portals, commitments and all levels of the site customer relationship.
· Work closely with Sales Directors for timeliness in quoting and strict adherence to the contract review process.
· Assist in resolving customer inquiries and maintain customer relations.
· Complete administrative tasks and input customer information into databases for documentation.
· Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the sales arena.
· Order processing, knowledge of PC based computers and familiar with Microsoft Office.
· Inventory management and ability to plan buffer stock.
· Provide Monthly reports.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
· 2 to 4 years of prior customer service, or related experience.
· Professional interactions with customer and employees.
· Regular and predictable worksite attendance.
· Ability to work under fast-paced conditions.
· Adept to problem solving, ability to make decisions and use good judgment.
· Ability to multi-task priorities, communicate effectively, and remain organized.
· Ability to learn new skills and acquire information.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be fluent in English with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret manufacturing drawings, technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Must be able to respond to inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Uses addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of numbers including decimals and fractions. Uses simple formulae, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules. Checks reports, forms, records and comparable data where interpretation is required involving basic skills knowledge.
REASONING ABILITY:
Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
