This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant – Salesforce Field Service based in Brazil.
This role is centered on leading the design and delivery of Salesforce Field Service solutions within complex, client-facing environments. You will act as both a technical expert and solution architect, translating business needs into scalable and maintainable Salesforce implementations. The position requires strong hands-on experience combined with architectural thinking to ensure high-quality delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will play a key role in discovery sessions, solution design, and technical execution, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical outcomes. In addition, you will guide implementation teams, mentor junior consultants, and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. This is a highly collaborative consulting role where communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership are essential to success.
- Act as a Salesforce Field Service subject matter expert, designing solutions for dispatching, scheduling, mobile workforce, and field operations.
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design end-to-end architectures across Salesforce platforms, including Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and related products.
- Deliver hands-on technical development and support complex Salesforce implementations using best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers to define scope, estimates, technical roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Ensure alignment between technical execution and overall solution architecture throughout project delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, developers, and administrators.
- Produce clear technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting solutions and explaining technical trade-offs in business terms.
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce-based solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service implementations.
- Background in client-facing consulting, solution architecture, or technical lead roles.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Experience with declarative and programmatic development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations).
- Strong English communication skills, with ability to lead workshops and present to stakeholders.
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder consulting environments.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect or System Architect) are a plus.
- Familiarity with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) is a plus.
- Plus: Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification and experience with Industry Clouds.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
