In this role, you will be responsible for driving CRM performance through a highly analytical and strategic lens, ensuring the effectiveness of communication flows across multiple customer journeys. You will act as a key guardian of the CRM communication calendar, balancing campaign frequency, segmentation quality, and customer engagement to maximize conversion and profitability. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and brand stakeholders, ensuring alignment and co-creation of impactful customer communications. You will also play a critical role in monitoring performance indicators, identifying opportunities through data, and translating insights into actionable improvements. Working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will continuously test, optimize, and refine CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and business outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role with strong exposure to both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Act as the central point of CRM orchestration, ensuring alignment between communication strategy, business objectives, and customer experience. Manage CRM campaigns end-to-end while safeguarding performance, deliverability, and customer engagement quality.
- Plan, organize, and manage the integrated CRM communication calendar, ensuring balanced message frequency and avoiding customer fatigue
- Monitor key CRM KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, revenue, and ROI
- Develop and deliver performance reports, translating data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities
- Design, execute, and document A/B tests across subject lines, creatives, segmentation, and send timing
- Build and refine audience segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data
- Ensure data hygiene, deliverability, and proper management of CRM databases and contact lists
- Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, product, and creative teams to align campaigns and priorities
- Support the continuous improvement of CRM processes, workflows, and communication strategies
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, prior experience in CRM or growth-focused marketing, and the ability to manage complex communication calendars in a data-driven environment. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM tools and large datasets.
- Previous experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or direct marketing roles
- Strong analytical profile with ability to interpret data, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Advanced organization skills to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, RD Station, Insider, MoEngage, or similar
- Intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying data sources (differential)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau (differential)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template adjustments (differential)
