What You’ll Do
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, vacant units, and common areas of the property. This position is also responsible for cleaning resident apartments upon request.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Responsible for daily cleaning, which may include disinfecting, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning windows, picking up trash on the property and common areas (i.e., workout areas, laundry facilities, leasing office, stairwells, elevators, clubhouse, guest suites, pool facilities, and public restrooms).
- Clean vacant apartments after move-outs to ensure units are in move-in condition
- Notify maintenance team of any maintenance issues requiring attention
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people

The expected compensation range for this position is $17.00- $19.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
