This is a high-impact creative production role at the intersection of performance marketing, storytelling, and scalable content creation. You will be responsible for shaping and executing high-performing ad creatives across major paid channels, including Meta and Google, within a fast-paced mobile app environment. Working closely with user acquisition, creative strategy, and design teams, you will translate data-driven insights into compelling visual concepts that drive user growth and engagement. The role combines creative leadership with operational excellence, ensuring that production pipelines run efficiently while maintaining strong creative quality. You will guide multidisciplinary designers, optimize workflows, and continuously test and iterate on creative outputs. - Lead the end-to-end creative production process, from briefing and concept development through to delivery of static and video ad assets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media channels.
- Define and execute creative direction in collaboration with UA managers, creative strategists, and AI-driven teams, ensuring alignment with performance goals and product positioning.
- Manage and mentor a team of motion and graphic designers, driving high-volume, high-quality creative output within structured production cycles and sprint-based workflows.
- Oversee production pipelines, ensuring smooth coordination of briefs, feedback loops, timelines, and quality control across multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Partner closely with user acquisition teams to design, implement, and evaluate creative testing strategies, iterating based on performance insights such as ROAS and engagement metrics.
- Continuously improve creative operations, scaling experimentation frameworks and optimizing workflows to support rapid iteration and high-speed content testing.
- Contribute to cross-functional alignment by collaborating with marketing, UA, and platform partners to ensure creatives are tailored to channel-specific requirements and audience behaviors.
- 5+ years of experience in creative production, ideally within performance marketing, mobile apps, or fast-scaling digital products.
- At least 2+ years of experience leading creative teams, with a proven ability to scale output while maintaining strong creative and performance standards.
- Strong understanding of paid media ecosystems, including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads formats, best practices, and performance dynamics.
- Experience producing both video and static creatives for user acquisition campaigns, ideally in structured, iterative production environments.
- Background in motion design or hands-on creative development is highly valued, with the ability to refine concepts and guide execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative iterations.
- Experience working with AI tools and integrating them into creative workflows and production pipelines.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
