Human Resources Generalist in Lawrence, Massachusetts at Merrimack Health

At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $31.36 to $47.04 hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Generalist provides direct support for a variety of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquistion, Benefits Administration, HRIS, and Onboarding.

EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• Two + years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems management.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a large team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to appropriately handle confidential information.

Preferred:

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital/clinical setting.

SCHEDULE: In office Monday – Friday required, day shift, flexibility in hours
