Staff Product Manager - Lead Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Lead Management based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of digital customer experience, CRM platform evolution, and large-scale enterprise transformation. You will be responsible for shaping how customer leads are captured, routed, and converted across a complex multi-brand and dealer ecosystem built on Salesforce. The position plays a critical role in improving customer journey efficiency while driving measurable business outcomes at scale. You will define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and success metrics while ensuring strong alignment across engineering, marketing, analytics, and dealer operations teams.
This is a high-impact role where data, customer insight, and platform thinking come together to solve complex, real-world challenges. You will operate in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment where clarity, prioritization, and influence are essential. The work directly impacts customer experience, dealer performance, and enterprise growth.

Accountabilities
  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and OKRs for Salesforce-based lead management capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of lead management features, including ingestion, routing, tracking, and conversion optimization across complex dealer and customer ecosystems.
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, marketing, analytics, and dealer operations teams to deliver scalable, high-impact platform enhancements.
  • Use data-driven insights (qualitative and quantitative) to prioritize initiatives, refine product strategy, and influence technical and business decisions.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators for product success, ensuring visibility into performance, adoption, and business impact.
  • Manage backlog prioritization using Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.), ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs while driving mitigation strategies and communicating updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience or 7+ years in adjacent roles (CRM architecture, consulting, project management, or CRM development).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification required.
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce CRM systems, ideally in complex, multi-entity or multi-dealer environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver end-to-end product lifecycle execution.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data and customer feedback into actionable product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Jira Align, or similar tools.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud certifications, plus deep expertise in CRM data models, lead routing logic, and integration architecture.
