We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel digital marketing efforts across a growing portfolio of home services companies. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing and optimizing PPC, LSA, and SEO performance across multiple business units.

This is a build-focused opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving structural challenges, and can quickly improve performance across under-optimized accounts. The ideal candidate is highly technical, data-driven, and comfortable working directly in accounts daily while also shaping long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), and SEO performance across multiple locations
• Drive daily campaign improvements, budget allocation, and performance optimization
• Develop and execute channel strategies to improve lead generation and cost efficiency
• Oversee offshore contractors and agency partners (SEO & PPC support)
• Analyze performance data using CRM and marketing platforms to identify opportunities and gaps
• Partner with leadership to align marketing performance with business goals
• Ensure tracking, reporting, and attribution accuracy across all channels

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on PPC / paid search experience (Google Ads required)
• Strong experience with LSA and/or local service-based marketing
• Background in multi-location, franchise, or home services marketing preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive measurable lead growth
• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM reporting tools)
• Experience working with contractors or remote teams is a plus
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
