As a Talent Outreach and Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in building meaningful relationships with professionals and creating an engaging experience for candidates throughout their journey. This role focuses on attracting top talent, developing outreach strategies, and strengthening connections within a global talent community. You will combine recruitment expertise, communication skills, and digital engagement strategies to identify, engage, and nurture high-quality candidates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through personalized communication, networking activities, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
• Develop and execute candidate engagement strategies to keep talent communities active, informed, and connected with relevant opportunities.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks, social media platforms, job boards, and talent communities.
• Create and implement outreach campaigns that attract professionals aligned with current and future hiring needs.
• Enhance the overall candidate experience by identifying challenges, gathering feedback, and collaborating with relevant teams to improve engagement processes.
• Develop valuable candidate-focused content, including career advice, industry insights, webinars, workshops, articles, and other resources.
• Act as a brand ambassador by communicating the platform’s value proposition and building trust with potential candidates.
• Collect and analyze candidate feedback to identify opportunities for improving satisfaction and engagement.
• Monitor recruitment market trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices in talent acquisition and candidate engagement.
• Support the growth of a strong global talent network by fostering long-term relationships with professionals across different industries and regions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, candidate engagement, community management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate relationship management, and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and industry communities.
• Experience designing candidate engagement initiatives, outreach campaigns, or talent community programs is highly valuable.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms for recruitment and candidate engagement is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience creating engaging content such as articles, videos, webinars, presentations, or career resources is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote and fast-paced environment.
