Junior Hydraulics Engineer in York, Pennsylvania at ATOS North America

This Junior Hydraulics Engineer is a role designed for education and development. The incumbent will work closely with our engineering and sales teams to learn about the hydraulics industry and Atos’ position within it. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to build technical and commercial expertise.

The individual will become a subject matter expert in electro-hydraulics, supporting Atos customers with technical and product-related questions, and may assist with onsite and offsite training to customers. This role offers exposure to product design, testing, and repair through hands on experience and periodical travel to customer and distributor centers alongside our experienced engineering and sales teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Engineering support/design to meet customer needs.
2. Provides customer service and caring interaction with dist./clients/users.
3. Provides timely responses/reactions when needed.
4. Works to evaluate and repair components and systems.
5. Provide training and mentoring to new staff as needed.
6. All other duties as assigned with the scope of the job description.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from accredited four-year institution in Engineering or related field.
2. Ability to travel – domestic and international.
