This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - DACH & Eastern Europe (M/F/D) based in United Kingdom.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive business growth by developing strategic customer relationships and expanding market presence across the DACH and Eastern European regions. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development to negotiation and closing, while helping organizations strengthen their cybersecurity capabilities. Working closely with decision-makers at executive and technical levels, you will position innovative security solutions that address complex business challenges. This role offers significant autonomy, high visibility, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact within a fast-growing technology environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while leveraging market insights to accelerate revenue growth and build long-term customer partnerships. The position is fully remote and ideal for a results-driven sales professional passionate about cybersecurity and enterprise technology.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned regional markets.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and expand customer relationships.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs, senior security teams, and executive decision-makers across various industries.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, technical presentations, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify and engage relevant stakeholders within target organizations to create effective account coverage strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and activity tracking through CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Attend customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities while representing the organization in the market.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and communicate key differentiators.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns and initiatives that contribute to increased market penetration and revenue growth.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in direct SaaS software sales, ideally within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Proven track record managing complex enterprise sales opportunities from initial prospecting through successful closure.
- Strong ability to communicate value propositions, influence stakeholders, and build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, listening, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience managing multiple sales opportunities and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly understand new technologies, processes, and market dynamics.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, threat detection, or related technology areas.
- Experience using Salesforce.com and sales intelligence tools such as Sales Navigator, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
- Fluent written and spoken English and German.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% of the time for customer meetings, events, and industry activities.
