About our Client:
Dental CPA is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing accounting and advisory practice focused on dental professionals. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable learning new software quickly — someone who enjoys client communication and keeping daily office operations running smoothly. This is not a bookkeeping role; QuickBooks Online is used only for basic tasks like connecting bank feeds, so no bookkeeping or data entry experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication and follow-up
- Answer phones and manage emails professionally
- Organize and track client documents
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Support accountants with administrative tasks
- Follow up on missing paperwork and signatures
- Maintain organized digital and office files
- Help coordinate internal office operations
- Assist with document collection and organization for accounting and tax projects
- Connect and manage bank feeds in QuickBooks Online (no bookkeeping or data entry required)
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of client deliverables
- Handle sensitive financial and client information with confidentiality
Qualifications
- Previous administrative assistant or office support experience preferred
- Strong technology skills and comfort learning new software/platforms quickly
- Basic familiarity with QuickBooks Online a plus (used only for connecting bank feeds — no bookkeeping needed)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
- Accounting or dental/medical office experience is a plus

The pay range for this role is:
22 - 26 USD per hour(Calabasas, CA)
