You will play an important role in the operational and control activities related to the registration and administration of securities.
Your work will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of investor positions, transactions, and financial events.
The role involves close interaction with internal teams, investors, distributors, managers, administrators, and other market participants.
You will also contribute to reconciliations, regulatory processes, audits, system improvements, and operational controls.

- Execute daily securities bookkeeping routines, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of investor registration data, positions, and transactions.
- Process and monitor financial events such as amortizations, redemptions, interest payments, income distributions, and other asset-related movements.
- Perform position reconciliations between internal systems, depositaries, custodians, and other market participants.
- Investigate operational discrepancies, identify root causes, and perform or coordinate the necessary adjustments.
- Manage operational controls involving investor movements, transfers of ownership, blocks, releases, and other securities-related events.
- Support the preparation and validation of position statements, income reports, and other documents provided to investors and internal teams.
- Provide operational support and respond to inquiries from clients, distributors, fund managers, administrators, and internal stakeholders.
- Support compliance with applicable regulatory and operational obligations involving CVM, B3, Bacen, and other relevant authorities.
- Participate in system testing, homologation, process improvements, and implementation of new operational solutions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing process information, documentation, and evidence as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in securities bookkeeping, fiduciary administration, custody, fund control, back-office operations, or other financial market operations.
- Knowledge of financial products, particularly investment funds, FIDCs, FIIs, CRIs, CRAs, and fixed-income securities.
- Understanding of asset registration, settlement, transfers, and financial event processing.
- Basic knowledge of regulations applicable to the financial market, including requirements from CVM, B3, and Bacen.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience working with operational controls, data analysis, and reporting.
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable investigating discrepancies and managing operational demands.
- Desirable: experience with securities bookkeeping systems or financial market platforms.
- Desirable: knowledge of B3 layouts and integrations.
- Desirable: experience with process automation using VBA, Power BI, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Desirable: financial market certifications such as CPA-20, CEA, CFG, CGA, or equivalent.
