Manage prior authorizations & precertifications Initiate, obtain, track, and follow up on authorizations with payers and providers to keep care moving forward.

💰 Support patients with financial readiness Explain benefits, cost estimates, appointment preparation, and next steps while helping connect patients with copay assistance and financial support programs when needed.

🤝 Advocate for patients Identify barriers to care, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with clinical, billing, and operational teams to create clean, seamless handoffs.
