This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced healthcare and clinical professionals who want to apply their expertise to the development of advanced AI systems. You will evaluate AI-generated content against healthcare-specific quality standards and identify issues that could affect accuracy, clarity, or usefulness. Your professional judgment will help improve the reliability and performance of AI-generated outputs in healthcare-related contexts. The role involves detailed content assessment, structured feedback, and consistent application of evaluation criteria. You will work independently and asynchronously in a fully remote environment. • Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against healthcare- and clinical-specific quality rubrics and established evaluation standards.
• Identify factual inaccuracies, quality issues, presentation problems, and other shortcomings in AI-generated outputs.
• Assess content from a professional healthcare and clinical perspective, applying relevant domain expertise and judgment.
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback to support the continuous improvement of AI model performance.
• Apply evaluation criteria consistently across different content types and projects.
• Review and assess materials using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular proficiency in Google Slides.
• Work independently and asynchronously while maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Meet project deadlines and follow detailed instructions while contributing reliable, high-quality evaluations.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or a closely related field.
• Native or professional-level fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to identify factual, contextual, quality, and presentation issues in healthcare-related content.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to provide clear, objective, and structured feedback.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a remote and asynchronous environment.
• Experience evaluating content, research, datasets, or AI-generated materials is advantageous.
• An advanced degree (Master’s or higher) from a reputable institution is preferred.

• Competitive contract compensation: $80–$120 per hour.
