Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing global or regional payroll implementations within a complex, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, onboarding procedures, compliance requirements, and operational handovers.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring payroll implementation teams in distributed or remote environments.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management capabilities across technical, operational, and client-facing teams.
  • Experience working with payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, or equivalent enterprise platforms.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement and automation mindset.
  • Comfortable working asynchronously in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Strong AI and automation fluency with the ability to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency.
  • Prior remote work experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Benefits:

  • Generous paid time off policies to support work-life balance.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Mental health and wellness support services.
  • Stock options and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Learning and development budget for continuous professional growth.
  • Home office budget and company-provided IT equipment.
